I WONDER WHAT KIND OF DARK TSHIRT TRANSFERS? CUZ I DID BUY IT AT THE WALMART AND I IRON ON MY SHIRTS AN I PAINT COVER SOME PPHOTO AND I WASH IT THEN THE PAINT COME OFF.. -
You need to also Iron (Heat Set) the paint to it , you can grab wax paper and place it over the tee/paint whens it’s dry and go acros with the Iron should make it stick better to the Fabric and Transfer.

Yes, I use a Heat Press for my Tees its a lot easier and Heats Evenly throughout.
