man i i really like that shirts so man where u get alot of paint? where u order it?

you can go to any fabric store go to the fabric paint and you should see a brand called Tulip Fabric Paint that works best on all clothing

Is the Eagle a heat transfer?

I use tulip on heat transfers but it pills off in time is there any clear coat or somthing you put on it for it not to pill off.

try using a wax paper n use a iron n iron down on the paint areas for at least a good 3 mins
